Egg and sperm donation in the Czech Republic is legal, voluntary, secure and based on the principle of anonymity between the donor, the recipient (recipient couple) and the child thus conceived and born.

Egg donation in the Czech Republic is anonymous, voluntary and free. Our donors are young women under the age of 34, in compliance with the Czech legal requirements, with the European directive on human tissues and cells and the rigorous selection criteria for oocyte donors.

All our donors are previously subjected to gynecological, endocrinological and genetic examinations, tested several times on sexually transmitted diseases (HIV, syphilis, hepatitis, chlamydiosis, cytomegalovirus). Only donors who have fulfilled all the conditions including all negative STD tests are taken into the program. In our clinic, we only use oocytes from healthy donors, never excess oocytes from our clients. Most of our donors come from Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem.

Male fertility is limited – if there are no usable sperm in the ejaculate or in the testicular tissue, the couple can choose sperm donation. This is also the case when there is an increased risk of hereditary diseases.

Embryo donation offers the possibility of a safe and effective fertility treatment for the couple when both partners cannot produce healthy eggs or sperm for various reasons. Eggs from an anonymous donor are fertilized by sperm from an anonymous donor.
